Description:

Hippocratic AI is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as our Chief Clinical Officer. In this client-facing role, you will help in our efforts to develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies, while also serving as the primary interface with our customers and partners.

As the Chief Clinical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our healthcare integrations and product quality, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, research scientists, and medical professionals. Leveraging your deep expertise in both medicine and technology, you will identify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions to address complex challenges in healthcare.

In addition to driving innovation internally, you will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to our clients, guiding them on the adoption and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and drive operational efficiencies.

As Chief Clinical Officer, you will also be responsible for overseeing clinical quality, collaborating closely with both the internal Hippocratic AI team and our valued customers and partners.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD, DO or equivalent) and board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., pediatrics, dermatology, orthopedics).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in or with c-suite executives in Health Systems 

-Minimum 5 years patient-facing clinical experience 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology innovation, AI research, or digital health startups, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.

- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate medical insights into actionable strategies for AI solution development and deployment.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans for healthcare innovation, driving adoption and implementation of AI solutions in real-world settings.

- Passion for leveraging technology to drive positive change in healthcare and improve patient outcomes on a global scale.
