Our Founders
Fiddler AI is founded by Krishna Gade (engineering leadership at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Microsoft) and Amit Paka (two-time founder with acquisitions by Samsung and PayPal and product roles at Expedia and Microsoft). We are backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Lux Capital.

By joining our brilliant (at least we think so) team, you will help pave the way in the MPM space.
What You'll Do
  • Build awareness of Fiddler platform within mid market and enterprise companies 
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Fiddler customers
  • Create and execute go to market plans that are based on viral methods and organic growth
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure pilots are successful and that critical feature requests are prioritized
  • Lead and contribute to projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Developing and executing Go-to-market strategy
  • Lead through a complex sales cycle
  • What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience
  • Selling experience in Data, AI, or Machine Learning space
  • Ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data and the big impact on businesses of all sizes
  • Experience selling to developers, data scientists, and C level executives
  • Significant experience at a fast-paced startup and able to work well in unstructured environments
  • Strong technical background, ideally as a solutions engineer or a technical educational program
  • Ability to understand the Machine Learning environment and build great relationships with highly technical customers
  • Ability to identify high-probability customers and high-value verticals to go after
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiar with cloud and on-premise enterprise technology solutions
  • Knowledge of ML Operations and methodologies is a plus
  • Pay Range in San Francisco California
    The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-related factors.

    The salary range for this role is $225,000 - $300,000K
