Senior Creative Manager (Audio, Visual, Podcast)

Position Overview

Reporting to Colby Wren, we are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Manager to develop and execute our audio, visual, and podcast content strategy. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a content plan that engages our target audience, builds brand awareness, and drives business results.  If you have a passion for cutting-edge technology and a knack for crafting captivating content experiences, this is the right opportunity for you.  

The impact you’ll make:

  • Find our brand voice and help us shout the Ambient name from the rooftops
  • Drive our brand awareness and uplevel our image in the marketplace
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality audio, visual, and podcast content that engages our target audience, educates them on relevant topics, and inspires action
  • Develop and execute strategies to launch, grow and engage our podcast audience, including researching new podcast formats, guest outreach, and marketing campaigns
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our content and adjust our strategy accordingly

The amazing skills you bring to Ambient AI:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on audio, visual, and podcast content.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation and marketing, with a deep understanding of audio, visual, and podcast content production. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with audio and video production software and podcast hosting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content strategy and measure performance.

We take a market-based approach to pay here at Ambient.ai, and pay may vary depending on multiple factors. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, level, market conditions, and internal parity.

Base salary is just one component of our total rewards package. As a fast-growing start-up, our regular employees are also granted stock options, and an opportunity to succeed when Ambient.ai succeeds. As a young start-up with product market fit, our stock upside is substantial, and a large part of our total rewards strategy.

The pay scale below represents the starting base salary range we expect to pay for this position, and is subject to change*:

SF Bay Area: $135,000 - $150,000

*Occasionally, we may make an offer to a candidate that is either leveled below or above this role based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
