Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our virtual events. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation through innovative and impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of event marketing, audience engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. As part of LivePerson’s Revenue Marketing organization, you will be responsible for supporting active & planned virtual events across the global Field Marketing & Customer Marketing teams. This is a spectacular opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for solid experience/exposure across all event formats and Marketing tactics. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Engagement & Events, with dotted lines to Marketers in NA, EMEA and APJ, having a unique opportunity to be part of a nimble, high-impact team, helping to drive the adoption of AI-powered brand-to-consumer conversations with Fortune 500 companies.
You will:
- Develop and execute the strategy for virtual events, including webinars, product roadmap presentations, peer exchanges, roundtables, and workshops.
- Collaborate with revenue marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, solutions consulting, sales, and customer success teams to align event content with business goals and audience needs.
- Own the end-to-end execution of virtual events, including planning, promotion, recruitment, content development, speaker coordination, post-event analysis and sales follow up.
- Optimize event formats, technology platforms, and engagement tactics to enhance the attendee experience.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of virtual events on pipeline and revenue.
- Oversee event marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across email, social media, and paid channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, customers, and partners, to drive participation and thought leadership.
- Provide on-site support for marquee customer events in domestic locations across EMEA, NA & APJ, ensuring smooth execution and a high-quality attendee experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve event strategies based on data-driven insights.
You have:
- 5 years of related experience, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in planning and executing high-impact virtual events that drive engagement and revenue.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Expertise in virtual event platforms (Zoom) and marketing automation tools (Marketo).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze event performance and optimize for future success.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 1-2 times per quarter for in-person event support.
- A passion for creating engaging customer experiences and fostering community within target audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheets and Highspot is a plus.
- No ego whatsoever with a “team first” mentality.
Benefits:
The salary range for this role will be between $85,000 to $115,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
