As an Inventory Clerk, you will maintain stock of our V-BAT parts for maintenance and spares for internally owned aircraft in support of contracted flights, training, demonstration, research and development.

What You'll Do:

Issue and stage all parts requested by maintenance personnel associated with tickets for aircraft in need of repair.

Careful handling of expensive components. Storage and issuance of aircraft.

Build kits of parts based on standardized lists of spare parts. Revise standard kit lists based on changes in part replacement rates. Inventory kits upon return and replenish items to required quantities. Track part usage rates upon kit return.

Maintain track of parts by model of aircraft they may be used on and separate obsolete parts for liquidation.

Maintain inventory of parts in the system of record.

Communicate shortage of parts to management.

Assign physical location for new parts and create new location in the system of record.

Assist in performing cycle counts based on pre-determined frequencies.

Assist with semi-annual audits.

On large pack-outs, assist in gathering all parts and equipment. Pack cases by requirement, tag cases with proper System Case number, part number, name, complete forms and destination if known.

Account for all additional parts and supplies assigned to a particular Material Order annotated on the daily Internal Material Movement sheet daily.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years inventory and/or assembly kitting experience.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP Experience (Deltek/Costpoint a plus)

Total compensation: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
