About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate social media marketer that has their finger on the pulse of the fast-paced, ever-changing social trends. In this role you will own and manage strategy, posting, and optimization of Beautiful.ai’s social channels. You will feed into Beautiful.ai's official social accounts and lead any social first campaigns including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X and YouTube. You will be responsible for researching trends within marketing and design, specifically for SaaS based software, and creating a scalable social media strategy for our platforms.
Your secondary focus will be Influencer Marketing, in which you’ll be tasked with researching influencer marketing trends, sourcing talent and negotiating contracts for both influencer partnerships and user-generated content. In addition, you may be asked to create video content for our social media channels that align with brand and marketing goals.
Contract Requirements
This is a part time, contract-based position with an expectation of 20 hours per week.
Salary Overview:
Pay Range: $35hr - $45/hr
What you will be doing:
- Draft social media posts
- Manage and maintain a scalable social media strategy
- Create content for and manage social channels for our LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube
- Research, source and engage with influencers, manage negotiations and execution
- Engage with relevant social posts & articles; community management
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging, channel specific content
- Schedule social posts
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify and implement social trends
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop social content and posts
- Work with Content Manager & team to create and maintain monthly calendar with the guidance of the marketing team around product launches, upcoming company announcements, and educational content
- Assist with sourcing visual assets across marketing campaigns
- Develop executive content calendars
- Drive and report on organic social leads
What we expect from you:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS
- Compelling writing skills and proficiency in non-academic writing, with a very strong grasp of English grammar, editing, and familiarity with AP Style
- Platform-specific knowledge and experience (i.e. LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Comprehensive understanding of social media and how to optimize content
- A basic understanding of influencer marketing, and what makes for a successful campaign
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be managing influencer relationships
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, organize projects, and multitask
- Proficient at developing and editing content that includes creative briefs and concepts, as well as social media campaigns and captions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Bonus: graphic design skill
