Head of Professional Services

YOUR MISSION:

As the Head of Professional Services US, your mission is to lead, inspire, and drive the Professional Services US team to deliver top-tier AI agent projects, shaping the strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.

In this role, you will guide and mentor the Agent Integration Engineering and Agent Architects teams, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact projects and shaping the team's strategic direction. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the Professional Services US strategy through capacity planning, workflow optimization and fostering of best-in-class knowledge exchange program.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • A successful track record of leading and developing teams, particularly those with a technical focus, is essential. This should be backed by a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally gained within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Commercial acumen with a proven track record of selling services to customers and partners, understanding their needs, and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Experience in working in a global organization, collaborating with global leaders and teams to ensure alignment across the regions.
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers in the SaaS industry. A strong understanding of project management, managing and balancing competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience to work with other senior stakeholders to overcome the challenges at hand that come with organizations that scale.
  • Experience with Enterprise level Service (SaaS) products is required, including a comprehensive understanding of their features and capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of Agentic AI, its applications, and the market landscape, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills: A demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

IN THIS ROLE: 

    • Problem-Solving Leadership: Leverage your technical and project management mindset to guide the team through project obstacles, fostering a collaborative environment where challenges are met with innovative and effective solutions.
    • Capacity Planning: Oversee and manage the capacity of the team, including Agent Integration Engineering, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to meet project demands and timelines. This includes forecasting future capacity needs based on project pipeline and strategic objectives.
    • Sales Experience in the Services Field: Leverage your sales experience in the services sector to drive customer and partner satisfaction.
    • Promote Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Partnership, and Product teams to promote smooth service delivery to customers and partners. Furthermore, ensure global alignment by collaborating with global leadership and teams across different regions to guarantee a unified approach
    • Foster Growth and Talent Development: Coach and support team members in strategic project planning, facilitating knowledge sharing, personal development, and professional advancement. Ensure the growth of your team members in a nurturing environment.
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Program and Operation to establish processes and standards, aiming to increase operational efficiency.
    • Establish Knowledge Exchange Pods: Set up best-in-class global knowledge exchange pods to ensure the team operates to the highest standards of prompt engineering, product knowledge, project and stakeholder management.
