We’re looking for an experienced onboarding program manager to come and build the first sales onboarding experience as we get ready to scale our sales team.
📐 About this role
Generative AI is a new category with lots of potential and opportunity but also a lot of noise & competition. Writer’s able to stand out from the crowd by delivering production-ready AI solutions that solve real use cases and drive real business value.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has built a 30 & 60-day onboarding program that accelerated ramp times, created confidence in their sellers, and helped them become trusted advisors via deep product understanding and sales process adherence.
You’ll work collaboratively on designing the certifications, implementing an LMS, building best-in-class documentation, and facilitating trainings yourself or through subject matter experts across the team.

🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales onboarding process - tools, trainings, scheduling
- Design and implement the first 30-day experience for all new sellers
- Make sure there’s a clear framework and checklist for what sellers need to be able to know, do, and say by certain checkpoints
- Implement & maintain an LMS and content management system to help sellers find all the latest relevant information quickly
- Create content, sessions, & experiences that help new hires quickly learn the relevant material

- Time to ramp
- Time to first close
- Time to first outbound meeting booked
- Graduation rate from ramping to ramped status
⭐️ Is this you?
- 5+ years of experience working in enablement
- SaaS sales enablement experience is a must
- Ability to create compelling training sessions, presentations, and collateral to help new hires absorb complex concepts easily
- Ability to present to broader audiences both in-person and remotely
- Ability to drive alignment across numerous stakeholders
- Thrives in ambiguity and can create paved roads from dirt paths
- Experience with tools like Highspot, Articulate, and Workramp is a plus
