About the role

We’re seeking an expert Content Marketer to join our Services Marketing team as Content Marketing Manager. Working with the Services Marketing Lead, you will own the execution of content marketing activities, including crafting compelling blog articles that position us as a thought leader within Applied AI, creating case studies to highlight the exciting and impactful work done by our teams and updating copy on our website to help drive new leads. This is a hands-on role, so you need to be comfortable writing high quality content for all stages of the marketing funnel. You will also need to be comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders, including interviewing senior team members to capture client stories.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Services Marketing Lead to design the content marketing strategy in line with the needs and goals of our services business.

  • Leading the end-to-end development of omni-channel content marketing campaigns centred around thought leadership activation such as webinars.  

  • Creating and maintaining the services marketing content calendar and continually optimising based on analysis of performance.

  • Crafting exceptional content for blog articles, case studies and customer success stories, white papers, industry reports and social media posts.

  • Engaging within internal business units to gain insights which will enable the development of unique and compelling content.

  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all content is created in line with SEO best practices.

  • Reporting on and analysing the performance of content and making appropriate recommendations for future optimisation.

  • Align with the design team to pull together creative visual assets that amplify our content.

Who we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing within a B2B environment.

  • You are a natural story-teller with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into a digestible and compelling narrative.

  • You will have excellent experience in copywriting/content creation skills.

  • You will be very familiar with SEO best practices and employ these throughout your work.

  • You will have proven experience driving growth through successful content marketing campaigns to build awareness, generate and nurture leads, and improve conversion across the sales funnel.

  • You will have experience of successfully engaging and building relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • You will understand how to monitor content performance and optimise its impact.

  • You are familiar with Google Analytics and HubSpot.
