PR & Communications Manager (m/f/d)

pabolo is an innovative startup revolutionizing the film industry through AI-powered movie creation tools. Our mission is to empower everyone to become a movie director. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR & Communications Manager to build and shape our corporate story in this exciting new world of AI and movies.

Tasks

You will be part of our PR & Communications team being responsible for taking over the communication of our success story and developing a strategy for Press outlets, Content Creators and Social Media. You will promote pabolo with press releases and blog posts whenever we roll out new exciting features and go the extra mile with the follow-up questions that arise, also on channels like Social Media. Planning and executing Events both internal and external also is in your DNA. You are embedded in the Marketing team discussing the overall going-to-market strategy and customer acquisition efforts. You understand the need for a customer-centric mentality and know how to manage both company strategy and engaging with your peers.

Requirements

• Experience in PR & Corporate Communications
• Knowledge of communication timing and content
• Skilled usage of Social Media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Professional and elaborated external communication and negotiation skills
• Event planning and execution
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
• Contact or work experience inside AI or Film industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in our Headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany
