Software Engineer, Full Stack - Product

Position Summary
Adept is applying cutting edge research in foundation models and Agents to build Enterprise software the solves real business problems. In this role you’ll own the development of new products, features and UX approaches to help our customers use the Adept Agent to speed up and simplify their work. You’ll work closely with the Research, Product, Design and GTM teams to understand what our customers need, build it, and iterate based on feedback.
The ideal candidate is product-minded, cares a lot about great UX, has strong coding skills and experience building and deploying software at scale. You should enjoy working with a fast-paced team to build amazing products, while maintaining high engineering standards.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React and Nest.js, and backend development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
- Strong eye for great UX and a focus on building for end users
- Passion for developing scalable, well-tested and well-designed software
The pay range for this position in California is $175,000 - $350,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. We also offer competitive equity packages in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan.
