Our suite of intelligent solutions help banks and payment facilitators in the region perform eKYB due diligence and manage transaction fraud risks using predictive AI analytics. We also offer automated solutions to large merchants such as marketplaces, to identify potential high risk products to ensure a safe online ecosystem.

As a Product Manager at Jewel, you'll be the driving force behind our innovative solutions. You'll have the chance to work across various customer personas, envision seamless customer journeys, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the discovery phases of new feature rollouts, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evaluating trade-offs between solutions, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring technical feasibility, business timelines, and customer impact alignment.
• Crafting clear product strategies and requirements, guiding teams towards successful feature rollouts.
• Creating product documentation, user stories, and flow documents to architect solutions that meet business needs.
• Prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact, delivering multi-sprint roadmaps.
• Cultivating a deep understanding of platform and technology to design scalable and flexible solutions.
• Continuously improving customer experiences by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Conducting market research, gathering internal feedback, and analyzing product flows for optimization.
• Sharing your expertise as a product authority or using your diverse experience to contribute to new initiatives.

Qualifications We're Looking For:
• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
• 5+ years of product development experience in a tech software company.
• A proven track record of delivering products from concept to rollout in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and a passion for achieving results.
• Collaboration prowess with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional groups.
• Thriving in an environment of continuous change and complexity.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
