Our suite of intelligent solutions help banks and payment facilitators in the region perform eKYB due diligence and manage transaction fraud risks using predictive AI analytics. We also offer automated solutions to large merchants such as marketplaces, to identify potential high risk products to ensure a safe online ecosystem.

As a Product Manager at Jewel, you'll be the driving force behind our innovative solutions. You'll have the chance to work across various customer personas, envision seamless customer journeys, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life.

You Will

- Lead the discovery phases of new feature rollouts with a set of cross functional stakeholders.

- Evaluate trade-offs amongst multiple solutions and influence roadmap for one or more service/feature areas based on technical feasibility, business timelines and customer impact.

- Articulate and write product strategies for product and business teams to achieve alignment and support as necessary for new feature rollouts.

- Author product requirements, epics, user stories across multiple cross-functional features and create flow documents to ensure solutions are architected to cover business needs and requirements.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact and work with implementation teams to deliver multi sprint roadmaps while optimizing time to market.

- Devise strategy and support product launches and Go-to-Market plans.

- Establish deep understanding of platform and technology in product areas to create scalable & flexible solutions.

- Conduct market research, gather feedback from internal operations teams and analyze existing product flows to identify experience gaps.

- Viewed as a product expert for a single product or as having broad experience that is helpful on new initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, and Engineering discipline or relevant.

- 3 years of proven experience as Product Manager, demonstrating successful product delivery from inception to roll out in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment tech software company.

- Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and a passion for achieving results.

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Collaboration prowess with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional groups.

- Past business analyst experience is a plus.
