About the role:
As the Strategic Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, ensuring Data Centric decision-making, and driving our growth in both in business expansion and profitability. You'll be the bridge between finance and business, providing strategic financial insights, and contributing to the overall success of Advance.AI. We're seeking a dynamic individual who will be the architect of financial excellence, driving strategic decision-making, and leading our financial strategies to new heights.
What you'll be doing:

Understand the operational and strategic needs of the business, develop and execute the financial strategy, aligning financial goals with business objectives to drive sustainable growth. Orchestrate budgeting process and provide ongoing analysis to optimize resource allocation.

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate scenarios, perform sensitivity analysis, and assess the financial implications of potential business decisions. Conduct comprehensive performance analytics, translating financial data into actionable insights to help business leaders make informed decisions and evaluate various courses of action.

Define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance. Collaborate with business leaders to establish performance metrics, targets, and action plans. Regularly review and analyze performance data, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.

Drive accurate and insightful financial forecasting by joining forces with business units to develop financial business cases for new initiatives, projects, or investments. Evaluate financial viability, return on investment (ROI), potential risks associated with proposed initiatives to enable proactive decision-making.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights, support and guide decisions in strategic investments, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
What you'll need to succeed:

A seasoned finance professional with 8-10 years of experience with relevant industry knowledge in Fintech / SaaS and proven track record of strategic financial leadership driving financial success.

Exceptional knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices and financial analysis; impeccable analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.

A strategic thinker who can align financial initiatives with broader business goals.

Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly with teams across the organization.
