Position Overview:

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our Marketing team. This person will harness the data gathered across marketing and lead generation teams to unlock growth opportunities, deliver ongoing analyses, guide funnel optimizations, and bring transparency to the performance of our fast-growing B2B Saas Startup.

The impact you’ll make:

Data Enrichment and Completeness:

  • Validate and maintain contact info of prospects and review accounts for ideal customer profile fit; set tasks in SFDC CRM for high-value leads identified from internet research and lead scoring mechanisms
  • Research every single inbound lead and look for any indication of misleading titles/emails/phone numbers (AMN example)
  • Collaborate with CSMs on account history, customer adoption and consumption, and existing use cases and potential other use cases to be input in SFDC
  • Weekly QA of Opp sourcing and campaign tagging on EVERY SINGLE opportunity
  • Leverage existing sales Account Plans to add this data to SFDC
  • Process Optimization:
  • Lead funnel exception reporting and Insights
  • SLA attainment and reporting
  • Tier 3 lead disposition and partner lead follow-up
  • Document prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
  • Organize SDR days in the Sales Engagement platform (Salesloft + Salesforce)

Account Plans and Research:

  • Account-based marketing – conduct research into companies in specific market segments/verticals and identify key target personas for outbound campaigns
  • SDR Target account list building (Input boardroom insiders' insights + intent data)
  • ADR/RSM customer account white spacing (input boardroom insiders insights + intent data)
  • Research target accounts by leveraging publicly available data (10k’s/Investor Decks/Earning calls)
  • Research and pre-qualify prospective organizations; identify decision-makers and key influencers for outbound prospecting
  • Research specific bounty program individuals to enable to ADR/SDR team with valuable insights for prospecting
  • Research prospects and clients for job changes/other trigger events and schedule follow-up tasks for Sales/ADR team (UserGems)
  • Analyze first and third-party data and provide insights on target accounts
  • Partner with field Sales organization and Marketing to target the right accounts to drive pipeline and revenue goals

Marketing Productivity:

  • Webinar invites and list building for digital programs
  • Field marketing invites and list building for FMM programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other business partners on new campaigns

The amazing skills you’ll bring to Ambient.ai:

  • 2 to 7 years of sales development or market research experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative research on either the client or agency side
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail
  • High energy, self-driven, process-oriented, and persistent
  • Resourceful and out-of-the-box thinker in terms of conducting research and identifying sales opportunities
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success
  • Experience with Google Analytics, PPC Campaigns, Display Advertising, Salesforce, and Marketo is a plus
