Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting and Office Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a vital part in our recruitment process and ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various recruiting activities, as well as handling administrative tasks related to office management.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Coordinate phone and virtual interviews across India and the US 
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and Scheduling Automation Platform (Calendly), ensuring data accuracy 
  • Partner with teams (TA Partners, Sourcers, Hiring Teams, Candidate Experience Team) to learn about, prioritize, and fulfill hiring need
  • Help implement and update recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies
  • Onboard new team members with TA leadership
  • Establish relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and the greater TA organization to initiate projects of impact to refine our processes and improve our delivery

The amazing skills you’ll bring to Ambient.ai:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Calendly 
  • 1+ years of proven experience as a recruiting coordinator 
  • Experience working across multiple timezones
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and their requirements
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and coordinating best practices
