Content Strategist

This role requires a hands-on approach and is ideal for someone looking to remain deeply involved in content creation. A successful candidate will not necessarily write from scratch but will be responsible for receiving pieces and refining them to meet high standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage content creation initiatives across multiple platforms such as website content, blogs, sales decks, and sales enablement materialsUphold and refine Anyscale's consistent voice across all channels, overseeing the content writing and review processesCollaborate with technical and marketing teams to simplify complex AI and ML topics into engaging and persuasive contentFocus on refining and elevating existing drafts, enhancing quality and ensuring alignment with our brand standardsDevelop impactful diagrams and visual content to complement and elevate textual communicationsOptimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive engagementMentor team members, imparting insights and best practices for high-quality technical and promotional writing Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related fieldExtensive experience in copywriting within a tech-focused environment, demonstrated by a portfolio of impactful workStrong ability to understand and articulate complex technical topicsExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detailProven expertise in SEO and strategic content developmentAbility to present work samples and complete a copywriting task as part of the selection processA technical background, akin to that of a Product Marketer, with the ability to plan and orchestrate content timing and channel strategiesExperience in reviewing and refining content rather than creating from scratchProven ability to produce high-quality, powerful content, including visual and textual elements At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $124,566. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
