Join Anyscale as a Product Manager to lead strategy and drive performance improvements across our platform. You'll own end-to-end optimization, driving the most efficient and scalable solutions that push the limits of current machine learning capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategy to improve performance on all key metrics, including; inference, data processing, training, and serving
  • Prioritize and execute on an ambitious and impactful product roadmap, which spans the performance efforts of the Anyscale platform 
  • Work cross-functionally to get significant performance improvements out the door. You’ll work with world-class engineers on cutting edge ML and cloud related projects
  • Work closely with our users and make them successful by identifying core product gaps and potential improvements
  • Make high-quality decisions quickly and efficiently and manage stakeholders to ensure that we stay focused on our key objectives and metrics
  • Deliver crisp communication about our products and services, both internally and externally
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company, with a focus on machine learning or AI products
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications
  • Strong customer orientation and technical sense, with deep understanding of developer workflow
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Infrastructure, SaaS, or cloud experience
  • Rolled out a product or features from end-to-end
  • Compensation
  • At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $240,000-$282,000. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
