Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in streamlining our recruiting operations, scheduling interviews, sourcing top talent, and supporting our rapid growth in the AI/ML industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess a deep understanding of recruitment dynamics in the tech sector, with a positive and high-energy demeanor. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of at least 32 hours per week, and compensation will be on an hourly basis. A considerable amount of mentorship and growth will be given to this individual!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams including the executivesSource engineering and go-to-market candidates using Lever, LinkedIn, and Teamable with experience in AI/ML Manage the operations and efficiency of the recruiting process for the entire recruiting function from initial candidate contact to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidatesParticipate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote Anyscale as an employer of choiceBe a positive force and a culture carrier in our San Francisco office to benefit our candidates and Anyscale employees alike Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology-focused environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staffExperience with any ATS system and proficiency in Google SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to new challengesPride in solving problems and making an impactCreative thinker who can execute with ease What We Offer:
