We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale our Sales Operations function. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and operational efficiency. You are an experienced professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of empowering and enabling high-performance sales organizations.
You will be responsible for:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targetsProcess Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions to drive productivity and effectivenessGTM Support: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across GTM initiatives and successful executionSales Forecasting: Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholdersData Management & Analytics: Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and market trendsEnablement: Design and deliver tools, resources, and training programs that enhance the performance of the sales teamTerritory & Quota Management: Define and manage territory assignments and quota-setting processes to support equitable and efficient sales coverageTechnology Stack Management: Evaluate and implement sales technologies that streamline operations and improve team performance We’re excited if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldMBA/MS is a plus8+ years of experience in Sales and/or Revenue Operations with a focus on B2B SaaSDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authorityStrong proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and strategies; advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment, with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience scaling sales operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS companyFamiliarity with enterprise sales cycles and large-account sellingKnowledge of GTM strategies for AI/ML or similar technical industries Compensation
At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $237,000- $282,000. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
