Cloud Engineer AWS
Do you get excited by working on cutting-edge technology to bring Artificial Intelligence applications to the next level? We are expanding our team with a Cloud Engineer to help us build and optimize our cloud infrastructure. While collaborating with software engineers, machine-learning engineers, and hardware engineers you will facilitate our goal of building the best cloud platform out there.
Location
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to relocate near an Axelera AI office (currently in the Netherlands, in Belgium and in Switzerland) or work remotely from any European country.
Your role
Your role will include the following:
Building and optimizing our AWS infrastructure
Maintaining the infrastructure, ensuring availability and operational continuity
Facilitating the work of the various teams that depend on the cloud infrastructure
Cost optimization of AWS cloud services
CI pipeline maintenance and updates
Keeping up to date with the latest AWS services and developments
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience with AWS cloud engineering
Proficiency with Python and/or Go
Proficiency with shell scripting
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI)
Experience with Docker and container technologies
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
You are a team player
You are self-motivated to work on new technologies
You are self-reliant, independent with high sense of ownership of your work and value freedom with responsibility
The following would be a plus for this role:
Experience with Github and/or Gitlab
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
Experience with Kubernetes
Knowledge of Javascript
