🏋️‍♂️ Your Main Quest

We're looking for a versatile marketeer with a strong operational work ethic, fun personality, curiosity, and a passion for scaling marketing efforts in a rapidly scaling startup. As a Marketing Generalist, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff and gain significant exposure to the CEO, CTO, and Head of Sales. Your role will encompass 0 to 1 brand building, social media, product marketing, content creation, website management and more. 📜 Job Description

Over the course of your role, you will work on a range of marketing initiatives (outlined below). At any given point of time, you will focus on one to two aspects.

  • Brand Building: Assist in positioning our brand, communicating our vision and mission, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy showcasing the features and capabilities of our generative 3D engine platform.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Discord, generating excitement around 3D world generation through engaging content and expanding our network. 
  • Digital Marketing: Perform search engine optimisation to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Performance Marketing: Measure campaign effectiveness, manage budgets, report results, and identify areas for improvement using dashboards and metrics.
  • Community Operations & Management: Build product communities on Discord and Reddit, engaging with developers, forming partnerships, and expanding our reach.
  • Website Development: Craft intuitive layouts and compelling narratives to showcase our accomplishments, use cases, and testimonials so as to attract and convert customers, investors, and talent.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content for developers, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Customer Development: Prepare informative materials, presentations, reports, demos, and tutorials for existing and prospective customers.
  • Research & Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

📜 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of marketing experience. Bonus points for experience in developer-centric or SaaS products/services!
  • Expertise in branding, social media management (especially LinkedIn and Twitter), SEO, and community building.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for social media scheduling, analytics, and content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset that leverages data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Grit and personality to take initiative at an early stage startup
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup and/or familiarity with AI/ML, computer vision, or complex 3D (AR, VR, Simulation) based products would be a plus.
