Office Manager - (Zurich Location)

The AI Institute is seeking a self-motivated, organized and energetic professional, with superb interpersonal skills for our new office in Zurich. To succeed in this role you must be an excellent multitasker competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and proactive in creating operational efficiencies, to ensure the smooth running of the office.


 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Manage and maintain the office to optimize the experience for the company's employees
  • Track and order office supplies, equipment and food
  • Assist in planning and executing events
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ad-hoc projects that arise
  • Manage relationships with various vendors, including office suppliers, food and service providers etc.
