We are in search of an experienced Purchasing Manager that will have the opportunity to play an integral part in making the Institute an ideal place to work.
What you will do
Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure timely procurement, ordering and delivery of requested hardware, software and other tools/materialsResponsible for vendor management and maintenance with focus on hardware, software and servicesOversee credit card program including card management and on-going transactional support, payments and recordingSelect and implement a travel agency program to prepare for growth and future travel needsDevelop purchasing and T&E policies and guidelines in partnership with the ControllerCollaborate with finance and ‘customers’ to review, assess and implement purchasing software toolAbility to mange supplier relationships and develop sourcing and supplier strategiesAssist with budgeting and forecasting as needed What we are looking for
