We are currently expanding our sales team for C3 Generative AI and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales force. As a Business Development Representative at C3 AI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products/services in a compelling manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who is eager to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Strategic Solutions Directors to onboard the best potential partners and support the top of the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- You are driven, ambitious, and passionate, and you want to be part of a growing and successful team.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
Total compensation will consist of base salary plus commission.
