Sales Operations Manager

C3 AI is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to refine and execute on our go-to-market strategy. You will be part of a growing Strategy & Operations team and will be tasked with supporting C3 AI’s sales and sales operations leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to manage deal reviews and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to establish and ensure standards for Dynamics and integrated system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration).
  • Develop dashboards/reporting in PowerBI, partnering with Sales Leadership.
  • Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation process as well as assist in building systems to enable automated processing of potential prospects.
  • Perform lead and pipeline analyses and sales performance analyses to provide and make recommendations to increase sales velocity and win rates to management.
  • Assist with territory assignments and account assignments.
  • Streamline sales process and manage implementation of necessary solutions.
  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and supporting business processes such as opportunity management. 
  • Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company. 
  • Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or a similar product.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university. 
  • A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process and reporting improvements. 
  • A resourceful self-starter and a high achiever who possesses the initiative to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers.
  • Excellent multitasker who has strong time and project management skills to meet deadlines on projects that include multiple review points and iterations. 
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications. 
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information.

  • Salary range: $111,000 - $143,000 USD.
