Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid), Fully Remote Available

HOOX is based in New York, NY, with offices in Flatiron. This role is an in-person role, coming to the office Tuesday to Thursday.

About The Role: 

We’re looking for an account manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients from beginning to end of each project. You will be responsible for creating landing page strategies, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities + Ownership:
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Oversee and facilitate client onboarding and communications processes
  • Create compelling landing page strategies for clients to drive their business needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client and project records in our project management tool
  • Manage and follow up on all internal and client tasks, ensuring deadlines are met promptly
  • Ensure clients have a best-in-class experience that causes them to come back to HOOX again
  • Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of direct experience in account management, customer success, client services, or marketing
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with both clients and internal team members
  • Organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Experience with project management and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Deep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes within the Account Management Team
  • Experience with e-commerce and retail industries, the various advertising platforms used to drive traffic (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc., and landing pages a plus!
