HOOX is based in New York, NY, with offices in Flatiron. This role is an in-person role, coming to the office Tuesday to Thursday.
About The Role:
We’re looking for an account manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients from beginning to end of each project. You will be responsible for creating landing page strategies, ensuring deadlines are met, and projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities + Ownership:
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsOversee and facilitate client onboarding and communications processesCreate compelling landing page strategies for clients to drive their business needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate client and project records in our project management toolManage and follow up on all internal and client tasks, ensuring deadlines are met promptlyEnsure clients have a best-in-class experience that causes them to come back to HOOX again Required Experience:
2+ years of direct experience in account management, customer success, client services, or marketingAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with both clients and internal team membersOrganizational skills and great attention to detailExperience with project management and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesDeep understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products and the ability to troubleshoot as neededExperience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes within the Account Management TeamExperience with e-commerce and retail industries, the various advertising platforms used to drive traffic (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc., and landing pages a plus!
