We’re now looking for a Chief of Staff for the People function, who will be at the heart of shaping our culture and streamlining how we get things done.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead key initiatives: You will work closely with the VP of People, spearheading critical projects end-to-end across the entire People function.
  • Strategise and communicate: Steer the ship on change management and communication strategies that shape how we make big decisions that affect everyone at Cleo.
  • Drive strategic insights: Be the go-to person for strategic decision-making and stakeholder management. Work closely with our CEO/Founder, and the leadership team to tackle complex people puzzles using detailed insights and analyses.
  • Process Pro: Keep your eyes peeled for ways to tweak and enhance how we do things, making sure we're not just meeting deadlines but crushing them, and getting stuff done in the most effective way possible.
  • Complex problem solver: Partner with the leaders in our People team to untangle and solve some of the trickiest challenges we face.

About you:

  • Experienced in dynamic environments: You thrive in fast-growth tech settings, bringing at least 5 years of experience in either a generalist role or a specialised People role.
  • Change champion: You've got a solid track record of managing big, strategic shifts, especially when it's all about People.
  • Exceptional communicator: Your outstanding communication skills empower you to manage stakeholders effectively and make your ideas heard.
  • Analytical skills: With exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, you navigate through complexities with ease.
  • Detail-oriented: Nothing gets past you because you're all about the nitty-gritty.
  • Self-motivated: You're driven by the opportunity for impact and innovation, always ready to take on challenges in a fast-growing company.
  • Team player: You’re all about collaboration. You're at your best when brainstorming and building relationships.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You're comfortable in chaos and can navigate the uncertainties typical of a fast-growth tech company.
