What You’ll be Doing

  • Maintain our endpoints (predominantly Mac and some Windows devices)
  • Run and support an efficient IT support helpdesk for over 250 staff
  • Troubleshoot software and/or hardware issues and manage equipment stock and repairs
  • Own the joiner/mover/leaver processes, working closely with our People Ops team
  • Work closely with the Platform team to ensure seamless onboarding to internal systems
  • Manage and report on a software patches and update lifecycle
  • Create and maintain IT policies, support articles and documentation
  • Support with ad-hoc security and compliance tasks

About You:

  • You are confident owning TechOps processes for Cleo, shaping it in your best vision
  • You are familiar with Mac MDM and EDR tools
  • You are a strong communicator and can clearly articulate solutions to complex issues in basic terms for less technically savvy teammates
  • You have experience running a 1st and 2nd line support helpdesk

It’s a bonus if:

  • You have used Kandji before for managing a large (200+) fleet of Mac devices
  • You have worked with identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta, OneLogin)
  • You have some experience managing office AV equipment
  • You’re familiar with Google Workspace
  • You’ve worked with ULM platforms and automated JML workflows
  • You can write some scripts in python or ruby
