About The Role:
Being an Operations Manager in the People team means working on a range of high-impact cross-functional projects. You’ll be expected to step in and solve problems wherever they appear, with an ability to go from the strategic to the tactical very quickly.
You’ll be pushed to build understanding for multiple domain areas as you take on projects with tight deadlines. This means your priorities can shift day to day, from building robust performance frameworks to implementing new systems or processes for recruitment, you’ll have an opportunity to gain exposure across one of the most important areas of any business.
What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll take the lead in building and refining the key processes that drive talent density. From setting up seamless goal-setting frameworks to streamlining performance reviews, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our systems are not only efficient but also scalable as we grow. You'll continuously look for ways to optimize every step of the process, working closely with the leadership team to get things done.
Data will play a central role in everything you do. You’ll dig into performance data to uncover insights, spot trends, and identify areas for improvement. You’ll also be responsible for developing and tracking performance-related KPIs, making sure that the right metrics are in place to measure progress and success across the business.
