Why this role?
In this role, you will support the global Revenue organization by facilitating the processes around designing and rolling out new compensation plans, maintaining the source of truth on quotas and compensation-related targets, and handling Q&A on comp plan design and mechanics.
As a Sales Compensation Manager, you will:
  • Ensure sales compensation is expertly designed to optimise the investment of compensation, ultimately driving profitable revenue growth across all channels
  • Develop compensation programs and plans to support the strategic initiatives of each revenue leader
  • Develop and deliver training for sales team members to ensure they understand how their compensation plans work and how they can maximise their earnings through the compensation structure
  • Administer the compensation plans and any commission tools
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales leadership, to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategies
  • Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to determine the most effective compensation structures to reach our goals
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements
  • You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation design and execution in the tech industry
  • Familiarity with usage-based revenue models and compensation design related to those models
  • Experience using CRM and commission tools to administer compensation plans
  • Proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with experienced revenue leaders and professionals
  • Effective influencer, communication, and interpersonal skills; great listener
