Member of Recruiting Staff (Technical)

Contextual AI Platform is entering its next phase of growth, and we are hiring a Founding Recruiting Member to join as a Technical Recruiter to help us scale! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, fine tuning interview process, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and create job descriptions that align with the team’s needs.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment databases, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with interviewers, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the process.
  • Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring accurate data and reports on hiring metrics. (We are using Greenhouse)
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the interview process. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
  • 5 years plus working experience in Recruiting field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a high volume of roles and delivering in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Most importantly, you are a team player.

  • You are passionate about learning and staying closer to AI, LLMs, and RAG.
  • You’re familiar with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in being detail-oriented.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technical hiring, including salary benchmarks, job market trends, and skillset demand.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a startup, and have a growth mindset with a "get things done" mentality.
  • Passionate about Talent Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand by actively engaging with the tech community through events, webinars, and social media.
