People Ops EMEA Manager

Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People Ops Manager EMEA  with experience working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for people operations for Europe and the Middle East. 

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding administrative support
  • Ensure first level of support to Dataiku employees
  • Closely work with other People teams and design processes to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Automate and streamline processes leveraging our current tools (mostly Workday, Fresh Service…)
  • Ensure we are compliant in all the EMEA regions
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Manage and grow a team of 3 people

You might be a good fit, if you have:

  • 7+ years oof hands-on experience in the HR Admin field
  • A strong knowledge of local labor laws and requirements (French expertise is a must, another country in EMEA is a plus)
  • The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong work ethics and moral
  • The ability to work in an international environment
  • Rigorous, well organized, and you embrace multitasking and problem solving
  • You are fluent in French and English
