  • Administer and deliver comp plans to all participants (sales and GTM members)
  • Serve as an SME demonstrating knowledge surrounding ICM system configuration and participation in User Acceptance Testing. Own the data integrity of our Spiff ICM platform.
  • Assist in developing cost models and interpret findings to help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Provide the business with data and analytic insights on sales effectiveness and continually enhance dashboard visualizations.
  • Independently evaluate and recommend process refinements for more efficient monthly commission automation, and execute on implementing approved recommendations.
  • Help create governance to ensure SOX compliance of policies and workflows.
  • Conduct enablement to educate Revenue teams on incentive programs.
  • Enable ongoing review, evaluation and modification of SPIFF’s.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key business partners within Finance, Sales, and People.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Business Analysis, or knowledge in a transferable function
  • 2+ years experience designing and/or configuring an ICM platform strongly preferred (Xactly, Captivate IQ, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong systems background - Google Sheets and/or Excel skills, Salesforce, ICM, etc.
  • Strong analytical with problem solving and attention to detail skills
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity associated with a fast moving business, international environment, changing priorities and compliance with standards and internal processes
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to learn quickly & continuously develop.
  • Ability to work with remote teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines required
