Talent Acquisition Intern - Project

How you’ll make an impact:
As an Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the operational aspects that contribute to the success of the Talent Acquisition team. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, you will assist in scheduling interviews efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for candidates. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment processes, systems, and tools utilized by the Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a customer service mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Some expected outcomes for this role:
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Aid in negotiating with stakeholders to facilitate prompt scheduling of interviews.
- Help communicate all interview details clearly to ensure a smooth interview scheduling process for candidates.
- Contribute as a strategic partner by offering insights and suggestions on operational best practices.
- Tools Management.
- Event Planning.
- Content Creation for Employer Branding.
What you need to be successful:
- Previous experience in project management or recruiting is a plus
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and addressing blockers
- Exhibits strong relationship-building skills and communicates effectively with recruiters, candidates, and team members
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
What does the hiring process look like?
- Video call with the Technical Recruiting Director (Mathieu)
- One quick Assessment to prepare at home - 1 or 2 hours max
- Video call with the 2 members of the team to debrief the assessment
- Final interview with the VP Talent Acquisition (Nate)
