As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a strategic role in building and growing exceptional teams that drive Dataiku's success. The TA Partner will be a key player in the recruitment process, working closely with business leaders to understand strategic hiring needs and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. This role requires an experienced recruiter with a strategic mindset, solid business acumen, and the ability to drive recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with executive leadership, providing expert insights on talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand intricate talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
- Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Provide thought leadership on talent market conditions, offering valuable insights into industry trends
- Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, solidifying Dataiku's position as an employer of choice
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Success Profile:
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
- Experience of SaaS sales/analytics/data would be highly advantageous
- Showcase leadership acumen with a track record of steering recruitment strategies in line with business objectives
- Exhibit a strategic vision, showcasing the ability to lead and innovate in the rapidly evolving landscape of talent acquisition
- Bring a history of implementing innovative and effective recruitment solutions, addressing unique business challenges
- Possess strong collaborative and influencing skills, working effectively with executive leadership and diverse teams
- Fluency in English is required
