We have deployed a platform for creators & publishers to turn their long text into audio with compelling and natural voices. Currently, we are expanding the capabilities of the platform to incorporate comprehensive generative voice control. This entails developing tools to convert videos and podcasts into speech, supporting multiple languages, while maintaining the unique characteristics of the speaker's voice, providing emotional control, and even creating entirely new character voices.

ElevenLabs was founded by two experienced engineers who previously worked at Google and Palantir, bringing their expertise from the world of big tech into a new frontier. We have secured venture capital funding and have recently concluded our successful Series-B round.

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager with ElevenLabs, you will be responsible for the technical success of some of the biggest and most influential companies in the world.

We have customers ranging from world-renowned video game studios, film companies, and newspapers to some of the most exciting AI start-ups of today. You will get to work directly with these customers, giving voice to their projects as they use our APIs and products on cutting-edge AI workflows.

The task is technically complex, so we are looking for individuals that have a strong technical background and are motivated by helping customers achieve their goals.


  • Be the technical point of contact for new and existing ElevenLabs customers. Help them understand our fast evolving product suite and how to best design solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Help us to build an outstanding sales/support function for our enterprise customers. This includes contributing documentation, building software tools/processes to automate support processes and even contributing code directly to our products to prevent support questions getting raised in the first place!
  • Champion our customers’ voice. Work closely with our product teams, bringing your unique perspective from working with our customers to shape future roadmaps and features, and in some cases making these changes directly.

What you bring

  • Proven experience working with customers or clients in a technical capacity.
  • A deep understanding of software development and software architecture, enabling you to advise customers on integration patterns for our products and provide effective support as they integrate our APIs.
  • Strong communication skills to work with both customers in a support/advisory role as well as internal teams to provide collated and synthesised feedback to help us improve our products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • You are located between GMT+3 and GMT-5, and able to work our core hours: 2pm to 6pm BST.
