Product Manager

Role/Responsibilities

EnCharge AI is looking for an exceptional leader to drive its engagements with customers at the forefront of AI. The candidate must have a solid understanding of Edge and datacenter computing, particularly in the area of AI, and how different use-case demands map to platform requirements on the hardware and software levels. The candidate must be enthusiastic about working with customers to understand their needs and help develop plans to meet these, on technical and business levels. Finally, the candidate must be excited about working with a world-class engineering team to align customer needs and deliverables with engineering milestones.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Product planning and definition
  • Customer outreach and requirements solicitation
  • Evaluation of business and technical opportunities
  • Initial business development and planning of project milestones
  • Strategic and financial planning and forecasting of market opportunities
  • Alignment of objectives and requirements across products
  • Dissemination of product needs and timelines to internal teams
  • Detailed feature and milestone planning with engineering teams

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor-level education in electrical or computer engineering
  • Masters-level education in engineering or business
  • >4 years of experience in technical or product management within AI, computing, or semiconductor fields
  • Solid understanding of AI applications, workflows, and performance requirements
  • Leadership and communication skills with engineering and business teams
  • Customer engagement experience

Preferred/Beneficial Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standard deep-learning design tools
  • Business and ecosystem development
