We are actively seeking dynamic and accomplished sales professionals to not only secure new clients but to elevate their experience by proposing a suite of products that drive long-term value andgrowth.You will help all of our clients to realize their people analytics goals and will evangelize Findem as the foremost leader in HR 2.0. By joining the Findem Enterprise Sales team you will have an opportunity to work alongside our most senior leaders and our largest customer base.


What you’ll do: 
- We are looking for a full cycle seasoned sales professional that can thrive in an unstructured environment selling into Executive Search firms starting with prospecting and ending with closing the contract. 
- You will be in charge of sourcing ES firms within a greenfield territory, engaging with executives at every level, demoing the product and negotiating contracts. 
- You will be our ear to the ground to understand trends, how we should pivot (if needed) and how to grow our presence in the market.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience as an Enterprise Account Executive 
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience closing complex deals with VP & C-Level Executives
  • Tangible success in crafting and executing outbound prospecting strategies with measurable results
  • Excellent verbal and written communications 
  • Experience demoing software in a group setting
  • Proficient in navigating ambiguity and adept at devising innovative processes to enhance Go-to-Market efficiency

  • Nice to Have:

  • HR Tech experience 
  • Experience selling into Executive Search Firms
  • Start-up experience 
  • OTE is 230-250K (50/50 split)
