As our Senior Manager of Field Marketing & ABM, you'll spearhead high-impact experiences for our prospects and customers, driving leads and influencing revenue goals. Collaboration is key as you’ll work closely with Sales and Expansion teams, aligning marketing strategies with their specific objectives each quarter. You’ll build out integrated campaigns and ABM initiatives to complement field marketing. Your work will be a vital component of our GTM efforts and will directly impact our business success. This is a new role for Findem with plenty of opportunity to grow.


Responsibilities:
- Lead event strategy and execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and corporate objectives.
- Plan and manage the execution of high value experiences for talent leaders and related personas, including dinners, online wine tastings, trade shows and workshops to create brand awareness and generate sufficient pipeline to hit our revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform new field marketing strategies.

Collaborate with Sales teams:
- Work closely with sales teams, both New Business and Expansion, to understand their needs and provide marketing support.
- Align marketing strategies with sales goals to ensure a cohesive approach towards revenue generation.
- Support sales in driving attendance to Findem events.

Build and implement integrated campaigns and ABM:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns to attract potential customers across new business and expansion.
- Ensure a mechanism for passing qualified leads on to sales that align with the target customer profile.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Spearhead the development and execution of ABM programs, targeting key accounts with personalized and high-impact campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Budget Management
- Work closely with the VP, Marketing on managing our event marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market field marketing strategies that directly impact revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate effectively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to support and enhance community initiatives, collaborating with relevant teams to build and strengthen the community.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to attract and qualify leads.
  • Expertise in planning and executing events, ranging from small dinners to large trade shows, to create brand awareness and generate leads.
