**At Forloop, we offer a Market Intelligence solution for consumer brands to get full insights into the online channels.

We empower brands like Lindt, P&G, and other Consumer Brands to track competitors’ pricing, promotion strategies, product coverage, and visibility (search rank) across various e-commerce platforms.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Customers are mainly within the Consumer Brands domain. The insights required are around market prices, promotions, and online visibility. Which their Sales and Marketing teams use for daily price- and promotion strategy setting.

To cater for these needs, you'll need to:

1. Understand the customer needs, and what data and insights are needed to drive impact for the customer.

2. Translate the customer need to what data and analytics needs are required.

3. Design dashboards to bring the most value of the data, in an understandable and actionable way to the customer.

4. Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend data needs and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.

5. Ensure data accuracy.

6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall business performance for the customer.

7. Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses, databases, and processes to ensure data accessibility and security.

Requirements

Your background may be unconventional; as long as you have the essential qualifications, we encourage you to apply. While having bonus qualifications makes for a strong candidate.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s and/or MSc. degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, with a strong emphasis on expertise in Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
