About Forloop

Forloop is Data Science SaaS company based in Stockholm and Prague. Founded in 2021, it's today used by data teams in Real Estate (to price properties), Logistics (capacity planning) and Retail (adapt to trends).

We look for a Financial / Accounting Assistant (Part-time / Student) who can take ownership of handling invoices, book-keeping, and creating reports.

Tasks

The main responsibilities involve tasks such as:

At minimum

• Processing of documents, such as expenses, customer and supplier invoices etc
• Bookkeeping of income and expenses on a monthly basis
  

Pluses:

• Compile and send in information for VAT reporting, Employee tax etc to Swedish Taxoffice (Skatteverket)
• Plus: Produce monthly reports on cash flow
• Plus: able to assist / lead year book closure
• Looking forward, this can transition to a Business Controller / Jr. CFO position.

This might only require 10hr / month at first.

Requirements

What we look for:

You have a “can-do attitude”, and have an interest in getting into and understanding the financials of a SaaS company. You work with speed and accuracy as well as have respect for deadlines.

• Finished or currently enrolled in a BSc. / MSc. degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Strong administrative skills
• Fluent in English
• Plus:
• Previous experience with Bokio or other accounting software
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
