About the Opportunity

FutureFit AI is experiencing significant traction and demand for our SaaS B2B2C offering in both the Enterprise and Workforce Development spaces, and we are looking to bring on a talented Business Development Representative to help us capture and further accelerate that momentum. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to directly influence the success of the company in its next stage of growth while being at the center of innovation in workforce development and the future of work.

Working closely with our Sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting customers and bringing in sales leads. You will play a critical role in the sales cycle and will often be the first contact that a prospective customer has with FutureFit AI. Whether interacting through email, on the phone, at an event or some other medium, you will make a positive first impression of FutureFit AI by being responsible for the first portion of a prospect’s sales journey. Responsibilities

  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer 
  • Become a subject-matter expert on FutureFit AI’s services, offerings, and community
  • Manage the top of the funnel for FutureFit AI’s sales pipeline
  • Gather, analyze, and present data and information from multiple sources to create reports that evaluate achievement of sales targets and objectives
  • Define new processes and optimize existing workflows to ensure the Sales team consistently meets or exceeds its KPIs
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Make contact with potential new customers across a variety of channels - phone, email, social, chat
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects

Location: There is a preference (but not requirement) for this role to be based in New York City, but applications will be considered from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 OTE based on applied experience, geographic location, and other factors identified by the hiring committee.
