What you will do and achieve:


We are seeking an experienced Enablement Specialist to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding and continuous learning that drives performance, efficiency, and productivity within our Sales Development team. This role requires a proven track record of excellent training ability as well as strong organizational and program management skills. 


- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding and training program for new SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, Glean's sales playbook, and use of sales tools such as LeadIQ, Zoominfo, and Lusha.

- Facilitate mock conversations, role plays, and product practice sessions to enhance SDRs' selling skills and product understanding.

- Monitor and track the progress of SDRs during their onboarding journey and beyond, providing feedback and additional coaching and support as needed. Analyze the effectiveness of the training and enablement being delivered and use data to optimize and drive effectiveness.

- Collaborate with the GTM enablement team to create and update training materials, including training decks, videos, and best practice guides.

- Work closely with our Sales teams, Sales Managers, as well as our Field Enablement Manager, Commercial/Sales Dev (located in the US) to align, identify training needs and develop or adopt customized training programs to address those needs.

- Participate in the continuous learning and development of the SDR team by sharing best practices, wins, losses, and lessons learned.

- Support the implementation of gamification, prizes, and recognition programs to motivate and engage SDRs.


Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven 4+ experience as an SDR Trainer, Sales Trainer, or a similar role in sales enablement or sales development, within the technology or SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective training materials and programs.

- Familiarity with Glean's products and services is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies.


Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learning styles.

- Proficiency in sales enablement tools and platforms.

- Analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

- Creative thinking to develop engaging and interactive training sessions.
