Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administration of core GTM tech stack, such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, Linkedin, LeanData, and others
  • Participate in projects to document requirements, scope solutions, and develop solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools, including CRM, CPQ, and other relevant applications
  • Lead a high performing technical GTM delivery team, delivering complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives
  • Overall management and execution of Salesforce-related infrastructure changes and records management
  • Implementation and maintenance of systems such as CPQ, CLM, and SFDC
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Sales, etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs acting as project owner
  • Partner with the Enablement team to create and disseminate tech/tools training

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in GTM systems and business process operations
  • Expert proficiency in core revenue teck stack technologies such as SFDC, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Understanding of sales processes and implementation of Salesforce.com
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and translate into business insights
  • 2+ years of experience managing a technical delivery team (SFDC developers)
  • Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance and compliance
  • Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to concisely explain complex cross-functional processes
  • Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams
  • Solid knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
