Field and Events Marketing Manager
We’re hiring a Field & Event Marketing Manager role remote anywhere in the US, ideally in SF Bay Area, Seattle, or NYC area. This position is not currently open to Canada based applicants.

The Impact You'll Have
Gretel is looking for a Field & Event Marketing Manager. As the Field & Event Marketing Manager you will work closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams to optimize our field event strategy, support growth campaigns, and drive leads and opportunities for sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and grow in field and event marketing, and has success in planning and organizing successful events, managing vendor relations, and working cross-functionally across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event and field marketing strategy and drive seamless execution of marketing events in partnership with key cross-functional partners.
- Create repeatable and scalable processes before, during & post events for the field marketing function with the creation of checklist templates.
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Effectively project manage, time manage, prioritization, and organize all aspects of Gretel events.
- Manage swag and giveaway inventory and shipping to events.
- Being the point person at company booths with the ability to give overview of Gretel and intro prospective customers to sales as needed.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years experience in event coordination and/or field marketing in B2B tech events
- Must have organized and managed logistics and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and curated local events.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Data driven and ROI-focused.
- Up to 50% travel required.
Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with cloud service providers including AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.
- Previous experience with collaboration tools including Confluene and creating project templates within task management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Start-up experience.

Compensation
Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
