Role

As a member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, this role will be focused on GTM Enablement and supporting the revenue growth of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Harvey!  Reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Operations, you will help build the foundation, provide immense leverage for GTM teams, and drive continuous GTM enablement to ensure we are meeting the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build, evolve, and provide leverage as subject matter expert across the pillar of GTM Enablement: this includes being responsible for empowering GTM with the skills, knowledge, tools, and other resources that they need to deliver an exceptional value to Harvey’s prospects and customers.
  • Lead GTM onboarding (across both sales and customer success), design curriculum, and lead training to ensure that GTM staff are successful in ramp and in their roles
  • Lead and drive GTM training and enablement strategies, focusing on enhancing sales performance and new logo acquisition through MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies, while also ensuring existing customers experience positive business outcomes, facilitating renewal readiness and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Education and Marketing to drive product enablement for GTM teams 
  • Build and partner with internal teams to build GTM collateral, enablement content relevant to GTM teams 
  • Centralize and own the GTM onboarding experience, and make sure GTM teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge at the end of onboarding
  • Identify learning needs of GTM, and partner with leaders to increase expertise and impact

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or relevant roles, with a proven track record in building successful training, development, and enablement programs at scale, including GTM content creation and delivery.
  • A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions (GTM, legal, product, etc.) to achieve common goals 
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, large language models, or related fields is advantageous.

Compensation 

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $150,000 and $200,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
