What You'll Do
You will source, engage, manage, and close candidates for our technical teams (Engineering, Product, Design). This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you'll manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to close. You will build relationships throughout the company to influence without authority in order to hit hiring goals.
- Partner with technical leadership to not only understand requirements and needs, but coaching them around recruiting best practices
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future headcount
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Maintain our ATS - Ashby, to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
- Coach other members of the team to execute at your level or higher

- A technical recruiter with 5-8+ years experience building strong technical teams in high growth environments

Compensation Range
$165,000 - $225,000 USD
