We are seeking a Director of Business Development and Partnerships who is passionate about AI, games, and virtual worlds and enjoys the challenges and excitement of a high-growth startup environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, foster relationships with key gaming partners, and drive revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Identify, evaluate and close potential business opportunities, across sales, business development and partnerships, that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders, leveraging industry contacts and networks to identify and pursue business opportunities across the gaming and technology industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and creative to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

Passion for AI, gaming and all things interactive.
Proven track record of closing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA a plus  but not required).
7-8 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or related roles preferably in the gaming or technology industries.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
