We are seeking an Office Manager to drive office and day-to-day operations at a high-growth tech startup located in Mountain View. In this role, you will keep our office running smoothly and handle a variety of critical administrative tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years minimum experience in office management, administrative, or office operations role in a rapidly scaling startup or a high-growth organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack.
• Experience in organizing social events and team-building activities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all office operations, including arrangements for food, office supplies, equipment, services, and facility activities.
• Promote a positive employee experience by handling employee requests with a high degree of customer service.
• Manage equipment requests and coordinate smooth purchasing, delivery, and setup.
• Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with new employee onboarding.
• Organize on-site and virtual social events, including off-site and team-building activities.
• Manage travel arrangements, calendars, mailing, and other tasks as needed.
• Greet office visitors as they arrive on-site and manage all deliveries.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
• Manage office budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Create an enjoyable work environment.

The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
